Recent Projects
 

Belmont Residence.

Third floor addition and remodel of an existing two-family residence, including new bedrooms, bathrooms, stairways, and kitchen. Project required successful approval of the Belmont Zoning Board of Appeals in May 2019.

Currently in permitting stage.

 

New Haven Residence

Remodeled kitchen, powder room, mudroom, deck, and energy conservation retrofits to a historic single family residence in New Haven, Connecticut.

Currently in permitting stage.

 

Back Bay Roof Deck

New roof deck with views of the Charles River for an existing brick row home located in the Back Bay Historic District in Boston.

Currently in permitting stage.

 

Brookline Residence

New egress stair and energy conservation retrofits to a historic single family residence. Project required successful approval by the Brookline Preservation Commission in March 2019.

Currently in permitting stage.

 

Sudbury Residence

Screened porch addition and interior remodel of an existing single family residence. Due to the proximity of wetlands, the project required successful approval of the Sudbury Conservation Commission in 2018.

Currently under construction.

 

Central Square Residence

Interior remodel of historic single family residence and conversion into two residential units, including new parking area and exterior exit stair. Project required approval by the Cambridge Historical Commission and the City Council in February 2018.

Phase One construction was completed in 2019. Phase Two is currently under construction.

 

Arlington Residence

Rear yard addition and remodel of existing single family residence, including new master suite, front porch, sunroom, deck, and powder room.

Construction completed in 2019.

 

Cambridge Residence

Screened porch addition and interior remodel of exsting two-family residence, including two new bathrooms and basement bedroom. Project required a Variance from the Cambridge Board of Zoning Appeal in June 2018.

Construction completed in 2019.

 

Cape Elizabeth Residence

Remodel of historic farmhouse near Portland Maine, including updated kitchen, mudroom, master suite, bathrooms, deck, and new interior stairways.

Construction completed in 2018.

 

South End Deck

Replacement rear deck over parking for an existing historic brick row home in Boston. Project required approvals by the St. Botolph Conservation District Commission in July 2017 and the Boston Board of Appeal in April 2018.

Construction completed in 2018.

 

Provincetown Cinema Marquee

New electronic cinema marquee and signage for an independent cinema and film society. Project received a Special Permit from the Provincetown Zoning Board of Appeals in December 2016 and approval by the Historic District Commission in May 2017.

Construction completed in 2018.

 

Roslindale Residence

Remodeled kitchen and powder room, and new master bathroom and laundry room in former unfinished attic space of existing 1890's era historic home in Boston.

Construction completed in 2017.

 

Newton Residence

Rear yard addition and interior remodel of existing single family residence, including new kitchen, master suite, sunroom, bathrooms, and accessory apartment. Accessory apartment required a Special Permit from the Newton City Council in November 2016.

Phase One construction completed in 2008. Phase Two construction completed in 2017.

 

Weston Residence

Addition and interior remodel of existing single family residence, including new master suite, interior stair, office, mudroom, and three-car garage.

Construction completed in 2016.
